Summary/Abstract: The non-school education (also called non-formal education) is an educational action undertaken for children and youth which goes beyond the curricula of a tradition model of a school, educational or social resocialisation facility. In particular in the resocialization work it is looked for creative solutions which would meet needs and face challenges of work with persons experiencing social maladjustments. The article presents effects of creative resocialisation of peers under the care of Youth Care Centre in Trzebież (Polish: Młodzieżowy Ośrodek Wychowawczy w Trzebieży), which takes advantage of ERASMUS+ Programme. The use of this programme is an innovative approach towards the resocialisation in Poland, the care centre being the only institution which took in such an international exchange and organised on average 3 projects per year before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
