Summary/Abstract: In this article provides a historical overview of the establishment and development of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior - from the primary unit as the Central School of the Ministry of Interior to the establishment and as a higher school for training and retraining for the needs of the Ministry of Interior. The various schools and institutes during the predecessor years of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior are presented in stages.
