Summary/Abstract: The responsibility of the person against whom the prosecution is carried out is a kind of legal liability. Legal liability is defined as a type of social responsibility, which is enshrined in law and provided by the state legal obligation of the offender to be frocibly deprived of certain goods or values that belong to the person.
