Summary/Abstract: The author focuses his interest on the seal of Crown Treasurer Jana Hincza of Rogów, unknown in historiography, found in the State Archives in Wrocław applied to a document of 1435. Due to the unique shape of its charge, it has become the starting point for research on the oldest, genetically related to Silesia, image of the coat of arms of Działosza and its evolution.
