Summary/Abstract: The text is a reflection on the national scientific conference “Global Peace and Noospheric Security of Russia”. Along with the formal moments corresponding to conference reviews, the author touches on the reference points of the problem field, denoted in the regional tradition by the category of “noospheric security”. It is shown that the mind of mankind has ceased to cope with the complexity of the rapidly arriving “new world”, as well as “human quality(ies)” has not developed into a universal integrity. Noospheric security is presented as the ability to produce effective socio-anthropological programs of the national ethos aimed at survival and development. It is fixed that the central issue (and at the same time an attractor) of the noospheric security is co-evolution of natural mind and artificial intelligence.
