Summary/Abstract: The aim of this theoretical study is to describe the features of discrimination and protection from such in preschool ages. The main task of the article is to shed light on discrimination against children, its outcrops and ways to resolve cases of discrimination, intentionally or accidentally, periodically or systematically occurring in the preschool environment. The limitations of the work are related to the inclusion of children only in preschool age.
