Summary/Abstract: Frequently, on the basis of regulating crimes against humanity, justified interpretational doubts arise as to the meaning of the expressions used by the legislator. The first of these involves parallel application of acts of international law. The second one can be reduced to numerous allegations concerning the legislator’s failure to comply with the principles of correct legislative technique. This creates or increases interpretational confusion of the law. This article presents the most important problems related to the structure of the elements of the crimes against humanity.
