Summary/Abstract: In 1907, in Romania there was a great peasant rebellion - one of the greatest rebellions in the 20th century Europe. The primary causes of this rebellion were, on the one hand, the fact that most peasants did not have any land of their own, and, on the other hand, the poor financial situation of the peasantry at the time.
