Summary/Abstract: Doctor Epifanie Cozarescu (1914-2010) was an emblematic figure of the medical and cultural life of Roman. Originally he came from Bucovina (was born in Cernăuţi), but, by adoption, he became an inhabitant of Roman in a restless historical period, arriving in Roman with a constrained residence, in 1949.
