Summary/Abstract: Carstian’s son, Eremia, the paternal grandfather of the famous Ilie Tifescu “Cow Roast”, was from the land of Putna, being also related with Nadabaico family. It is still unclear his brotherhood with Eustratie Dabija, the ruler of Moldavia (1661-1663). If Eremia shows his parents in documents, Eustratie Dabija is silent.
