Outline of history and stocktaking of the remaining winter sports infrastructure in Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Lubawka

Summary/Abstract: The topic of the article are historical sports facilities located in Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Lubawka. An outline of history of the sports infrastructure available at this area is presented. Chosen sport facilities are connected with winters sports, more precisely ski jumps, bobsleigh and sledge tracks. Fundamental aspect are field researches which makes possible to appraise present situation. The inventory carried out by the author gave the opportunity to evaluate the condition and degree of preservation. Photographic documentation was used during the field researches.
