Summary/Abstract: In the article is review the impact of sovieto-romanian relations on R.S.S.M Cultural politics. Following the course about Sovietic Union distancing and Basarabion's problem of membership, ideological propagandistic activity in the round of autochthon population of republic. The objective is to cultivate a moldavian identity - particular by the Romanian. The cultural politics has focused on the idea of "two separate romanic peoples " Moldovans and Romanians. This idea appears in the Soviet myth of "centuries-old Moldovan-Russian friendship " and "liberation "from Turkish suzeranity in 1812.
