PRELIMINARY TESTING OF “OIKOS” ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PORTAL

Summary/Abstract: Virtual laboratories started to be widely used in education. There are subjects, were some phenomenon can’t be studied in real, only with virtual simulations. If these virtual laboratories are on the Internet, they address a wide user group. The aim of this article is to presents the results of the preliminary testing of the online OIKOS portal, which contains a virtual laboratory for studying natural hazards, and a risk management game.
