Summary/Abstract: In March 2022, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: Law no. 44/2022 on judicial cooperation between Romania and the International Criminal Court; GEO no. 22/2022 for the repeal of GEO no. 129/2021 on the implementation of the digital entry form in Romania; Law no. 35/2022 on the approval of GEO no. 6/2020 for the modification and completion of Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, as well as for the regulation of some fiscal-budgetary measures. Moreover, in March, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Criminal Procedure Code, Tax Code, GEO no. 15/2022 on the granting of humanitarian support and assistance by the Romanian State to foreign citizens or stateless persons in special situations from the area of armed conflict in Ukraine, GD no. 301/2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, goods, values and persons, Law no. 52/2003 on the transparency of decision-making in public administration; H.G. no. 717/2009 on the approval of the rules for the implementation of the "New House" programme. At the same time, the Official Gazette of March published Law no. 49/2022 on the abolition of the Section for the Investigation of Criminal Offences and the amendment of Law no. 135/2010 on the Code of Criminal Procedure.
