CASE-LAW OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: The methodological rules for the application of the provisions relating to the award of the public procurement contract/framework agreement of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, approved by GD no. 395/2016, GD no. 925/2006 for the approval of the rules for the application of the provisions relating to the award of public procurement contracts of GEO no. 34/2006 on the award of public procurement contracts, public works concession contracts and service concession contracts, the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004 and Law no. 101/2016 on remedies and appeals in the award of public procurement contracts, sectoral contracts and works concession and service concession contracts, as well as for the organisation and functioning of the National Council for the Settlement of Disputes; GEO no. 43/2002 on the National Anticorruption Directorate, Law no. 78/2000 on the prevention, detection and punishment of corruption and the Criminal Code; Code of Civil Procedure.
