Summary/Abstract: The article discusses hybrid derivatives formed by Russian, Polish and Czech internet users with the help of affixes of Anglo-American origin -инг/-ing,-(o) голик /-(o)holik and “Euro-Latin” affixes -завр /-zaur/-saurus, -оид/-oid. The evolution of word-formation types of Russian, Polish and Czech nouns with these new international formatives is briefly described in a comparative aspect.
