Summary/Abstract: The demographic transition has become a more complex process, part of the process of economic and social development, modernization of society. The magnitude of this process is reflected in the demographic components: fertility transition, mortality transition, followed by age structure transition, transition marriage, family transition, urbanization transition. The demographic situation of the country is the cumulative resuit of the evolution of birth, mortality and external migration. Throught the analyze the dynamics of these components we can see that falling birth rates and emigration of today have wider implications in the current demographic decline and especially long-term and very long, as it contributes to both the decline and the deterioration of the population age structure. The demographic processes in our country are part of the demographic transition model made in recent decades in developed countries, characterized by the transition from specialist high levels of mortality and birth rates to low levels.
