Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to psychosocial rehabilitation for individuals with mental disorders. Theoretical assumptions of rehabilitation and resocialization are view, also and their importance in recuperate from mental illness. Described, discussed and analyzed in depth is an example of good practice of social service designed for psychosocial rehabilitation of persons with mental disorders. Presented is a functioning program for mobile clinical social work.
