Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of the technologic, typological and use-wear analysis of the chipped stone collection discovered in the chalcolithic settlement from Fulgeriş. The absence of cores, the diversity of raw materials, the heavy fragmentation of the supports and the predominance of the retouched products suggest that this is an assemblage which was not knapped on site. The blades are mainly plein debitage products, with straight edges and of small dimensions. The endscrapers prevail in the category of retouched products, followed by arrowheads, retouched blades, borers etc. The use-wear analysis showed that the blades (both blank and retouched) were used for cereai harvesting, for cutting and scraping animal and vegetal materials. Most of the endscrapers have wear characteristic for hide scraping while few had various functionalities.
