Summary/Abstract: Social work, like any service activity, is important to be effective. Evaluation of the quality of social work is part of the process of enhancing this efficiency and, accordingly, the benefits to clients. The specifics in this case are that clients are vulnerable people in need of support. The “Quality for Rights” model explores systematically the opportunities created to realize the rights of children in residential services. The feedback from staff of the Family type homes in which the model was tested provides guidance for its relevance and improvement.
