Summary/Abstract: The short reign of Carol I, the last emperor of the Habsburg-Lorena of dynasty of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire, has not bee none lacking in significance from the medal issue point of view. Thus, during the war, he will issue a medal called Carol’s Cross for the Troops.
