Social roles and their manifestation in social work with groups

Summary/Abstract: In the first part of the article, the object of analysis is the definition of the concept of role, its initial manifestation before the manifestation of distinct models of the group process in the helping relationships. The behaviour of the participants in the groups in the context of social work is considered. Emphasis is placed on the role of "scapegoat" and its manifestations, depending on the personal qualities of the individual. Examples of the rollout of roles in the process of social work with groups and the peculiarities of the group process when working with clients are commented on.
