Robot – creation and creator

Summary/Abstract: Today's world is in a continuous change that can be seen in the multitude of ideas that are stirring and wanting to be heard. Ideas come to mankind as a result of a far-reaching creative effort, but could they also be the result of combining other already existing ideas, a mixture made in a spontaneous manner? The answer to this question can be shortly formulated as „Yes”. Following this line of reasoning, we ask another question, whether or not the ideas could be found even in inside a robot as a being. In other words, could human creation bring new ideas and become a creator in turn? Thus, we think of the possibility of giving artificial intelligence a new status, namely that of inventor or author, and the hereby thesis will to try to illustrate, through fiction and metaphors, a legal personality for the robot to justify its ingenuity and creation.
