Summary/Abstract: The evolution and flow of land and landowners in the villages and estates in the historical land of Fălciu remain a less researched theme, although the progress of Vaslui’s historiography is evident and noted in specific works. In the present study, using the edited and unplublished documentary resources, we value the estate and the village of Cojeri, embedded today in the village of Stoişeşti, Banca village, Vaslui county, dominated over time by Constantin Bujoranul, the great crotch Grigore Hăbăşescu, Grigore Miclescu, the hatman Lupu Costache and his descendants, Vasilachi Râșcanu and his sons, the Scărlet family, Scărlat Mavrogheni, Grigore Gh. Perticari. The documents used also provide genealogical information about the village rulers.
