Summary/Abstract: The Văleni village in the historic county of Fălciu, located today in Vaslui County, was not the object of a scientific research or of a monographic study, a large historiographic phenomenon in the post-decembrist period. Through this study, weelucidate the flow of ownership and the owners of Văleni estate from the beginning of the 17th century to the first half of the 19th century and we contribute to the elucidation of genealogical matters. Văleni estate and the ones from around – Sârbi, Dănceşti,Ciorăşti, Străşineşti – passed from the possession of the Scarlet brothers from Zorleni to the boyars from the known families Lupu, Jora, Codreanu and then to Eforia Școalelor from Moldova, as described in this study in detail.
