Summary/Abstract: Globalization, pandemic, pollution, conflicts of any kind have managed to push the entire population towards insecurity and insecurity in all areas of activity, both personally and professionally. From the appearance of the coronavirus to the effects and methods of spread, mankind has managed to create a vaccine for the physical and moral protection of citizens, respectively their fundamental freedoms and rights. A controversial issue at the moment is the impact on employees' right to work through the mandatory implementation of the green certificate throughout Europe. Romania has failed in this bill due to the existence of an unstable government and a misinformed people, which is why citizens have full freedom to go to work. However, this has been adopted in France, Italy or Austria in order to limit the infection with the virus and with the main respect and protection of employees at work.
