Summary/Abstract: As some authors have stated[1], international judicial cooperation in criminal matters is, in practice, a real help that states give each other, in accordance with certain principles [2], through various international instruments [3], to prevent and combat international crime. Moreover, as we all know, the concept of 'international cooperation' is not a new, recent development[4], but forms of it have been around since ancient times, even if the purpose of cooperation today differs from that of the past, since society has evolved a great deal by now.
