Summary/Abstract: The entry into force of the package of laws in the new Criminal Code has led to the reform of the domestic legal system, thus creating a stable legislative system capable of giving people confidence in the legal institutions of domestic law. The reform of the penal system has also led to the improvement of labor legislation, especially with regard to criminal liability in legal employment relationships, non-compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, or other acts that may fall within the scope of labor law liability. . Thus, there has been a concentration of crimes that form criminal liability in the field of labor relations in a smaller number of normative acts by repealing certain crimes. Some of these deeds were taken from the new Criminal Code, and other crimes were amended both in terms of their content and in terms of the sanction provided by law.
