Summary/Abstract: Looking at society from the perspective of social psychology, we can say that it is group of people in a certain area with its own norms, rules of conduct and the socialization system. Corruption is one of the forms of antisocial behavior and as such has its causes and consequence. This study will try to explain some of the theoretical concepts of group behavior and its relationship with corruption. Social psychology will be defined as the science that deals with human behavior, attitudes and opinions of people and their behavior in relation to the standards that apply in some society. One of the most important factors that influence the development of the individuals consciousness of right or wrong is a process of socialization and that will be the most important link for explaining corruption along with explanation of group processes, group identification, conformity as important factors for occurrence and persistence of corruption in society.
