Summary/Abstract: The fight against corruption is a global trend and topic all over the world, corruption exists as a "normal" component of every society and especially in countries in transition. Perceptions of domestic and international public is that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country where corruption and organized crime at a level that endangers future development of the state influence the work of judicial institutions. Corruption in the society is the reason for the opening theme of corruption in the judiciary. The judicial system is the backbone of institutions of society. Unfortunately, corruption, malversations and ethically fatigue are symptoms of numerous justice in transition countries as a whole. Corruption in the judiciary directly undermines the rule of law and the ability of the judiciary to guarantee the protection of human rights and directly threatens and essence of the independence of the judiciary. This work will not discuss in detail the causes and the study of the causes of corruption (social, economic, legal and political, etc.) in other state services and institutions which directly influence on crime, such as education, health, economy, etc. purpose of this work is to alert to corruption in the judiciary. Corruption in judiciary unfortunately is a reality no matter how much was hiding in the circles of political power to look like an illusion .
