THE ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES SKILLS

Summary/Abstract: Our research is based on the literature analysis on the various and complex implementation of projects, which involves material and financial resources. Our research aims to analyze the role of the project manager in the process implementation and development of the project and also the importance of developing human competencies, which are crucial for the success of the projects. The performance of the management activities is reflected in the successful implementation of the project and through an increase in the organization's sustainability. Our findings prove that the essential resource in project management is the human resource. We conclude that project implementing organizations need to focus on ways to maximize the potential and effort of the human resource, which performs tasks and contributes to the sustainability and success of the project.
