Practical criminal problems under article 343 of the Criminl code

Summary/Abstract: Traffic rules established by the Road Traffic Act do not apply when vehicles move out of the road. In these cases, in the case of accidents with consequences caused by the fact that the provisions of Art. 342 et seq. Of the Penal Code are not prescriptive, the act does not constitute the offense under Article 343 of the Criminal Code but is constitutive under Article 122 of the Criminal Code.
