Summary/Abstract: As a result of the European legislation, it is necessary to put in the educational offer of the educational institutions, the distance eLearning training courses for the pilots of the aircraft without human pilot on board. The problem at the moment is therefore not the acquisition of the RPAS, but the training of the staff. The paper highlights the importance of organizing the distance eLearning training courses for RPAS pilots. The big development of the RPAS predicted, will be in First Class, where the payloads are not so complex and therefore the purchase price is greatly reduced. Thus, accessibility has now become possible for SMEs [1] as well as for the general public. The dangers are even greater from the perspective of the flight in the same airspace and of the aircraft with human pilot on board, but also of the problems related to the security of some objectives within the critical infrastructure. And not only once have there been reported incidents of drones flying near airports, nuclear power stations or military targets. In order to prevent such incidents from occurring, it is necessary to train RPAS remote pilots through online courses.
