Summary/Abstract: Most of the literature has shown the importance of human resource management in developing the quality of health care services and found that providing financial incentives and motivation to work through the skills bonuses system improves the performance of people working in healthcare organizations. They can lead to a significant difference between the well-performing health organization and the health organization that is performing better or below average.
