Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses in detail on characteristics in the oral speech of an 85-year-old man with the goal of identifying specific colloquial and dialectally colloquial features on the levels of phonetics and phonology; morphology; syntax and pragmatics within the context of an unprepared; unofficial communicative situation – in this case; an interview. This text can be used for diachronic comparative analyses of different generations’ oral speech.
