Summary/Abstract: The development covers a study of the summer temperature regime with the transitions from spring to summer and from summer to autumn in the northwestern parts of the Black Sea basin – the coasts of Bulgaria; Romania; Ukraine and the Crimean peninsula. The specific characteristics of the impact of the sea basin in terms of temperatures are revealed and the trend of their continuous increase is followed. The study is important not only for local and regional tourism; but also for the possible impact of the changing temperature regime on coastal ecosystems.
