Summary/Abstract: This study aimed to determine the relationship between emotional labor and work-family conflict of tourist guides. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 201 active tourist guides in2019 to obtain data. As a result of the research findings, it was determined that guides had high levels of work-family conflict and emotional labor levels. When the relationships between the sub-dimensions of emotional labor and the sub-dimensions of work-family conflict were examined, a positive relationship was found between surface behavior and time-based conflict. Similarly, a positive relationship was found between surface behavior and stress-based conflict; and between deep behavior and stress-based conflict. However, a negative relationship was found between genuine emotion and stress-based behavior.
