Summary/Abstract: Assets and their classification formed a study element for the law doctrine, representing a theoretical and practical interest. Tangible or intangible things, which are the subject of a property right, represent assets and correlated with the concept of asset, also the notion of heritage must be analyzed. Heritage represents all rights and obligations that have an economic content, valuable in money, belonging to a matter of civil law. The new Civil Code contains interesting aspects of assets classification.
