Summary/Abstract: Alongside the history of European Union there were some members that were traditionally Euro skeptical. But the last events and Euro-barometers indicate a worrying rise of this phenomenon and the consolidation of the anti-system parties. We believe and try to demonstrate that the cause of all these are not only the economic and financial crises but the lack of trust and cooperation, between the two fundamental actors involved in political process of the Union, the political establishment and the European citizens.
