Summary/Abstract: The author of this articles analyses the main legal norms that should be taken in consideration regarding the minor immigrants and the vulnerable people among immigrants. The author will present the main international, European and national norms and will make a comparison between them to understand the differences and the most favorable and the hardest regulation.
