Summary/Abstract: The legality and realization of human rights are the basic features of the rule of law. Administrative justice is one of the multiple tools that ensure both the realization of human rights that are infringed upon by a public authority, in particular, and the legality of the decision-making process, in general. In confirmation of its democratic aspirations, the Republic of Moldova has established administrative justice through Law no. 793/2000. However, its efficiency depends on the quality of work of the specialized authorities designed to enforce it and such authorities have not been created in our country yet. Based on the importance of administrative justice in ensuring the realization of human rights infringed upon by a public authority, we will analyze how it has been introduced in our judicial system and what the results are after 17 years of existence.
