Summary/Abstract: Through this study, we aim to highlight the novelty that the Civil Code has brought about the regulations on the legal regime of nullity. At the same time, we aim to point out the controversial and/or critical conceptual aspects of the issue and to formulate de lege ferenda proposals on the improvement of the legal regime of nullity.
