Migration - one of the current challenges for the European Union

Summary/Abstract: The interest for the analysis of migration and its dynamics, however, remains very high, precisely due to the effects on individuals and associations between them on all levels, on all disciplinary fields. In the context of globalization, the migration-security relationship acquires new valences with ample reverberations in the economic, political, social, demographic and societal fields. According to the "Copenhagen School", the phenomenon of migration is the most common threat to social security. An integrated research on the phenomenon of migration cannot neglect the aspects related to its social impact. Tomorrow's Europe cannot be achieved without a consensus on international migration, which is one of the main reasons why I chose this topic of this article.
