Summary/Abstract: The subject of this study is the analysis of permissible mechanisms of limiting civil rights and freedoms, both internationally and under Polish law – in global threats, on the example of the COVID-19 pandemic. The article indicates specific examples of legislative actions taken by the Polish legislator during the COVID-19 pandemic.
