Summary/Abstract: Being in constant development, both human rights and business, have increased the state's efforts to act against human rights abuses. Businesses should be aware of new regulations in force on protecting, respecting and promoting human rights and apply them in order to exist a good cohabitation between business enterprises and human rights. The involvement of state is by sowing the enterprises how to respect human rights through corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
