Summary/Abstract: The Legal Research Institute “Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” of the Romanian Academy, in partnership with the Global Economy Institute, with the support of the National Economy Institute, National Defense University “Carol I”, The Romanian Agency for Assuring Quality in Higher Education, the Military Technique Academy and the Osterreichish-Rumanischer Akademischer Verein Austria, as partners in the POSDRU/159/1.5/S/140106 project, have launched the research program “Horizon 2020 - Doctoral and Postdoctoral Studies: Promoting the National Interest through Excellence, Competitiveness and Responsibility in the Field of Romanian Fundamental and Applied Scientific Research”.
