Summary/Abstract: Under the international public law there are three aspects of state succession namely, state succession in respect of treaties, succession in respect of matters other than treaties and successions in respect of membership of international organizations. In this scientific approach we aim to address the topic of state succession to international organization, which unlike the other two aspects of state succession has been neglected although it is a matter of great interest considering the current situation where the power of international organizations in the world becomes increasingly bigger.
