Summary/Abstract: Certain parameters that condition sports performance cannot be changed. This category includes genetic parameters, which are hereditary. Instead, other factors, such as the maximum force level and the level of the explosive force, can be changed. The use in the testing of the athletes of the software for the analysis of the different forces and contact times with the ground helped us a lot to individualize the training of the gymnasts, starting from concrete data and with a high degree of objectivity. Women's artistic gymnastics is a discipline in which jumps and landings appear in large numbers when performing various technical elements. Jumps and landings can be made on one or both legs. If the force indices differ between the two legs, there is a risk that the landings or detachments on gymnastics aparattes will be unbalanced, which will increase the risk of injury. The use of this technology contributes to the realization of a specific physical training customized to the strength indices of each leg, which leads to the elimination of these imbalances. Based on the recordings made through power plates matts we will analyze the forces that develop in gymnasts when they jump from one or both legs and we will analyze the differences in strength between the two legs. Depending on the data obtained, we will carry out a specific physical training program for power development. After a period of 9 weeks of application of this program, we will re-register the strength parameters and we will see if we managed to eliminate the imbalances that appear between the legs in the case of female artistic gymnastics athletes.
