Summary/Abstract: There is a need to expand administrative activities in the country in order to fully meet the socioeconomic needs of the modern age. Without the development of regulatory activities, it is impossible to achieve significant changes in the socio-economic relations of the country. The article examines the application of management in petrochemical operations, the development trends of production and economic activities and the characteristics of strategic planning factors, the improvement of the existing management structure of the enterprise and the concept of development.
