Summary/Abstract: The complexity of the relationship between the tribal entity and the state of Yemen in many aspects like socially, politically, security, and severity. And the impact that the tribal entity has on the state that lade to many conflicts and development failed and even creating conflict and problems to the state which lade to the announcement of Yemen as failure state, the most important points and cases and dimensions that shows how the Yemeni tribe impacted the Yemen sovereignty as a state will be discussed in farther detailed in this paper.
